Volta
Sesli Seyahat Rehberin · audio walking guides in Turkish
Pre-launch · Android build in testing

A walking guide that already knows which museums you'll pass.

Volta sells self-guided audio walks through European city centres, narrated in Turkish for Turkish-speaking travellers. A city costs €6 once and unlocks every walk in it. Nine cities are live in the content system today, with 152 walks across 483 narrated stops.

We want to be a GetYourGuide affiliate for one reason: our walks pass ticketed museums, and today we simply tell people to go in. We would rather hand them a ticket link for the exact museum on the route they chose.

What exists, not what's planned

Every stop is researched, written and voiced in Turkish, then placed on a GPS route. Three narrator personas cover different interests, plus a food-and-taste voice for eating stops.

Two questions decide the whole visit

After choosing a city, the traveller says how far they want to walk per day and how long they're staying. Volta then offers only the walks built for that answer — which is also what tells us, precisely, which sights they are about to see.

Walking tiers as the app states them, in kilometres and steps (adım).
TierDistance / daySteps / dayTypical walk
Hafif lightup to 5 km≤ 6.5008–10 stops, half a day at ease
Orta moderate5–8 km6.500–10.50015–25 stops, a full day
Uzun long8–14 km10.500–19.500up to 38 stops, dawn to dusk

Stay lengths offered: 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 or 3 days. Excursions outside the centre — Kronborg, CERN, Drottningholm, Aladzha — are offered as optional extras whatever the answer.

In production, routes researched

  • Athens
  • Berlin
  • Budapest
  • Lisbon
  • Madrid
  • Paris
  • Prague
  • Rome
  • Vienna

Nine more cities with routes and stop research already done, moving through narration and audio production next. Each one arrives with the same structure as the live cities, so a partner's links extend to them without any new integration.

Where your links would appear

Two placements, both already built

A

On the city screen, under the walks, a section titled “Yanında Lazım” — what you need alongside. Museum tickets are listed in the order the chosen walk visits them, so a Florence walker sees Uffizi, then Accademia, then Bargello, followed by one link to search everything else in the city.

B

In the player, when the walker reaches a ticketed museum, a single line offers the ticket for that exact sight — the highest-intent moment we have, because they are standing in front of it.

C

No checkout in the app. Every tap opens the partner's own page in the browser. Volta takes no payment, holds no inventory and handles no cancellations.

D

Attribution. Links carry the partner id and a per-city sub-id, so your reports show which city produced a booking. Our side counts taps only.

Who taps them

Audience and status

Turkish travellers in Europe

People who fly in for two or three days, walk the centre, and read nothing in English on the way. Volta is written for them, not translated for them.

Already paying customers

A walker who bought a city has shown they'll pay for the experience — and the offers are shown to non-buyers too.

Pre-launch, honestly

The app is not in the stores yet: the content system, the backend and the offer placements are built and running; store submission is next. No traffic figures are claimed here because there are none to claim.

Built to be changed

Offers are edited in our admin and take effect instantly, without an app release — so a link, a price note or a whole partner can be swapped the day it changes.
